The terms that apply when you use this site, make a gift, or apply for fiscal sponsorship. Last updated October 2026. This draft is for review by PFC's counsel before publication.

Using this site

This website is run by Partnerships For Change (“PFC”), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, incorporated in the State of Nevada, EIN 88-0303288. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The text, images, films and trailers on this site belong to PFC or to the partners and filmmakers who made them. You may share links freely. Please ask before reproducing material: Jackie@partnershipsforchange.org.
Do not use the forms on this site to send spam, test payment cards, or submit material you do not have the right to share.
Links to other websites are provided for convenience. PFC does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Donation terms

Tax deductibility. PFC is a 501(c)(3) public charity. Gifts are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Your receipt, including our EIN, is emailed to you when the gift is processed. No goods or services are provided in exchange for a donation.
Designations. You may designate a gift to a project listed on the donate page. PFC honours designations wherever possible. If a project is fully funded, closes, or can no longer accept funds, PFC will apply the gift where the need is greatest, in keeping with our mission.
Recurring gifts. Monthly gifts repeat on the same day each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by emailing Jackie@partnershipsforchange.org; the cancellation takes effect before the next scheduled charge.
Refunds. If a gift was made in error, or for an amount you did not intend, email Jackie@partnershipsforchange.org within 30 days of the charge and we will refund it to the original payment method. Requests after 30 days are considered case by case.
Payment processing. Payments are handled by a third-party card processor. PFC does not store full card numbers. Currency is US dollars.

Fiscal sponsorship application

When you submit an application through our fiscal sponsorship form, you confirm the following Statements of Agreement. They appear here exactly as they do on the application.

Statements of Agreement

i. The enclosed application (“Application”) and all of the information submitted in connection therewith to the Partnerships For Change® (PFC®) is accurate;

ii. PFC® is not responsible for loss or damage to the Materials, or for any misuse by any third party unless done under PFC®'s express direction or authorization;

iii. I own or control all of the Materials and all right title and interest including copyright of the film or project described in the Application (the “Project”).

iv. The Project and the Material are wholly original with me and do not infringe upon, violate the rights or constitute a libel, slander, or an unfair competition against, or infringe upon or violate the copyright, common law rights, or literary, dramatic, photoplay rights or privacy or publicity, or any other rights of the person, firm, corporation or other entity.

v. I have read and understand the guidelines and eligibility requirements at partnershipsforchange.org/fiscal-sponsorship and to the best of my knowledge am eligible to apply to PFC®'s Fiscal Sponsorship Program with the Project described in the Application.

Liability and changes

This site is provided as is. PFC works to keep it accurate and available but cannot guarantee either, and is not liable for losses arising from its use beyond what the law requires. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States.
